Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Fine Arts Dental Lab in Provo, Utah for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.

The regular hours for this position are from 1:00pm to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, can be flexible and could change from time to time to cover days off.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Assist Office Manager
Input and bill out paperwork into software system
Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform basic secretarial duties.
Shipping and receiving dental cases All other duties as assigned.
