Critical thinking and reliable Administrators with a minimum of 3 recent years experience are needed for contract roles with the possibility of a permanent hire (based on experience).
Administration and clerical experience needed:
+ Intermediate level experience with Excel (capable of creating tables and pivot tables).
+ Poised in verbal and written communication in an office setting
+ Ability to multi-task ad prioritize tasks
+ Document management (reviewing, checking for accuracy, sorting, filing, copying, scanning, maintaining)
+ Capable of being assigned projects that can be carried out with little supervision
+ Confident in individual work and willing and respectful working in group and collaborative settings.
+ Competent with technology and computers
Background checks that include education, employment and criminal searches are required. Some roles require a drug screen.
Most sites are operational during normal business hours, Monday-Friday (must be able to work full 40/hrs a week). Positions require working in an office.
