Job Summary\ The Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships is an essential part of the Strategic Partnerships team responsible for the successful implementation of admissions recruitment and yield processes from Partner-Employer populations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships to implement student enrollment strategies while effectively and efficiently managing resources to meet enrollment targets. The Assistant Director will provide leadership in the execution of Strategic Partnerships vision through travel and Partner-Employee recruitment.\ The Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for recruiting prospective students both locally and regionally through on-site and virtual Partner-Employer events within a designated industry vertical. They will directly interact with prospective students to answer questions, provide programmatic guidance, and illustrate the benefits of a Drexel University education. The Assistant Director exhibits professionalism, compliance and ethics, accuracy, and passion for higher education. The individual in this role should expect to travel two to three days per week as well as work evening and weekend hours as assigned.\ Essential Functions\ Leads the implementation of Partner-Employee recruitment activities across an industry vertical as assigned.\ Identifies and engages with prospective students from Partner-Employers managing the top of the application funnel and generates applications from leads.\ Ensures that objectives, plans, budgets, policies, practices and actions are consistent with University policies.\ Serves as the primary point of contact for Local and Regional Partner-Employers and secondary point of contact for National, Drexel Solutions Institute DSI Partner-Employers as designated.\ Demonstrates Drexel University values in the completion of all job assignments and adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities.\ Required Qualifications\ Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree.\ Minimum of 4 years of experience.\ Ability to travel on a consistent basis.\ Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.\ Valid Driver\'s License.\ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.\ Strong oral and written communication skills needed to make presentations.\ Preferred Qualifications\ Advanced degree.\ Persistence combined with a positive attitude and approach to work and others self-motivating work style.\ Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills.\ Thorough and demonstrable level of knowledge of school programs.\ Demonstrated ability to match a prospective student\'s needs to the correct program fit.\ Superior research and analytical skills.\ Detail oriented.\ Problem solving and process improvement abilities.\ Physical Demands\ Ability to lift up to 25lbs.\ Location\ Hybrid Remote/University City, Philadelphia PA\ Additional Information\ This position is classified as Exempt with a salary grade of L.
