We are a locally owned, family-oriented store and believe in work-life BALANCE. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the manager in day-to-day operations as well as handle stylist duties. Management duties include scheduling, inventory, marketing, improving the sales of the business, analyzing store reports and coaching/motivating Team Members.

Job Requirements:
Current cosmetology or barber license is required by state regulations
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal communication skills
Previous demonstrated leadership experience
