Overview:

An Assistant Site Manager will assist in ensuring that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Engage customers and sell products & services.
Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates and Lead CSAs.
Assist in coaching and role playing to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
Conduct daily preventative maintenance program according to schedule.
Assess, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
