Summary
Digital Experience Group (*/dxg), a Division of Wolters Kluwer, is searching for an Associate Director, Technology Project/Program Management, reporting into the Director, Project Management for the ELM Division of */dxg. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the */dxg ELM PMO that will be tasked to support delivery on a portfolio of ELM Solutions (ELM) which offers enterprise legal management Solutions to help businesses better manage their practices and processes. This includes utilization of project management methodologies and tools for managing the implementation of multiple projects and programs. You will also be accountable for supporting the creation & management of the delivery KPIs and executive dashboards for tracking. You will inspire and develop our team of project managers to build a culture of visibility, transparency, and success.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain and improve project portfolio management practices and tools to drive a cohesive approach for consistency and efficiency
Partner with */dxg ELM clients (WK business units) and */dxg ELM leadership to manage assigned portfolio intake including assessing, prioritizing and resourcing in alignment with portfolio and business goals
Responsible for oversight of financial management of projects and programs leveraging */dxg tools and practices including:
Creating the IT Budget, LEs, and VSP. Maintaining the forecasting model to accommodate business changes
Completing ad-hoc financial reporting
Completing month-end close process for ClickTime
Reviewing monthly actuals and providing commentary on variances
Assisting with annual SOW/PO process
Support ongoing governance and steering committees for major programs within the portfolio
Support creation of executive dashboards on all key initiatives within the portfolio
Perform readouts to executive leadership on the portfolio of projects regarding progress and remediation of issues
Owns timeliness, quality, and business value KPIs for projects and programs
Manage issues, risks and dependencies within assigned portfolio and across portfolios
Key liaison partnering with ATHIP clients for delivery within Agile models including tracking of delivery success as related to yearly project/program goals within defined budget
Drive adoption of and ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards and PPM tools
Help improve AT-HIP’s ability to leverage agile development at scale
Support staffing and hiring of team members with effective managing and monitoring of work within the team to include meeting deadlines, achieving work quality expectations, supporting appropriate distribution of work functions within the team, and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Experience
5+ years experience in project management creating project plans, project schedules and associated project materials
5+ years of professional experience in financial reporting and variance analysis Advanced Excel and strong communication skills.
5+ years of direct experience managing and leading a team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe agile framework
Strong understanding of project management & technology product delivery methodologies (i.e. Lean)
Excellent oral, written and presentation development/delivery skills are necessary and will be used to communicate with various cross functional groups and management levels in a fast-paced environment
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications
Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
Desired experience with Confluence and Jira
Experience with Cloud Technologies preferred
Experience in content management/document management preferred.
Experience with content and/or document management
Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a drive to succeed are critical
Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, NY, WA:: $171,300-$242,500
This role is eligible for Bonus.
