Works with the client partners team to define target audiences, profiles and personae
Co-creates and turns attraction strategies into operational executed campaigns or projects
Works with stakeholders, vendors and media team to identify, design and manage omni-channel attraction strategies and campaigns including pricingPlan, manage and monitor recruitment marketing performance campaigns ensuring it is performing
Works in partnerships with clients, client partners and creative tea to create effective campaigns across all channels and media demand useful
Run localised media and campaign strategy: leverage and run campaigns with a multichannel approach
Be ready to present Media performance and ROI to clients, stakeholders and operations teams
Support sales activities by suggesting attraction answers to particular clients request
Support technology improvement to offer seamless experience for talent and increase operational effectiveness of recruitment marketing, media and digital campaigns - reducing overall reliance on job boards and LinkedIn licenses

Key support to performance team
Supports media & performance planning and tech/reporting set up
Helps in making sure data and MI is captured and analysed for media performance and future planning in collaboration with MI and the rest of the teams
Assists in visualising and presenting data supporting the whole function
Supports media campaigns on our recruitment marketing platforms
Constantly supports the optimisation of optimisation targeting, reach, reporting and efficiency of campaigns looking for optimizations and savings
Typical outcomes, services and products
Attraction media and performance strategies and proposals informed by data and insights
Creation, management and execution of end-to-end plans in collaboration with the other teams
Data analysis of recruitment marketing campaigns and activities with constant improvements and additional activity advices
Work closely with the Talent Marketing Data Team to produce MI, data scorecards and visualisations
Media and media advertising knowledge
Strong knowledge of targeting and target segmentation
Experience in designing and managing end-to-end campaigns and attraction marketing projects and managing stakeholders
A good understanding of out-of-home, radio, billboards and digital channels such as SEA, PPC or Display
Strong programme management and campaign optimisation capabilities
Understanding of the technical requirements to tracking media
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
Ability to create well written and designed proposals and strategies, using the relevant operating systems, e.g Google Suite or Microsoft Office
experience in a performance media environment ideally with Recruitment Marketing
University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
