SUMMARY Serves beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties... ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order • Deliver drink orders • Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served • Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer • Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron • Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables • Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed • Compute bill and accept payments • Track sales receipts • Complete bar inventory log • Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing • All other duties as assigned
