Under the direction of the Personal Lines VP, this position will provide support to clients and Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing personal lines accounts.


  • Generates evidence of insurance for insureds, mortgages, and lessors.

  • Processes endorsements across several different lines of insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, mortgagee changes etc.

  • Retrieves policy documentation from various insurance portals for Account Executive review.

  • Responsible for taking payments, handling cancellations, and updating clients.

  • Contact Lenders to collect policy payments and make sure the policies are paid and issued.

  • Sends policies to the insured.

  • Answers insurer’s inquiries about their insurance.

  • Drafts and sends close out letters.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Valid Florida state 4-40 license is required; 2-20 or 20-44 license preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance client support; personal lines desirable.

  • Customer service experience required.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.


  • Strong technical insurance knowledge and background.

  • Strong customer service focus, energetic, action oriented and ready to seize any opportunity.

  • Responds with a sense of urgency as required.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills under stressful situations.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently but also assists members of the team.

  • Ability to maintain professional manners at all times.

  • High Degree of self-motivation, discipline, and discretion.

  • Advanced time management and organization skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
