The BCG Chicago IT Specialist position’s primary responsibility will be to assist the Information Technology department with all aspects of technology as it relates to BCG IT priorities. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware setup and all other technology needs as requested.

  • Assist with the maintenance of local technology in order to increase reliability, security, interoperability, effectiveness of customer work while reducing costs.
  • Assist in preparing and deploying hardware for staff
  • Communicate frequently with support teams regarding the status of projects
  • Assist with general office projects as necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or near completion of the degree

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.


The anticipated duration of this temporary assignment is two weeks.
