Business Manager

The Lathrop Community, a Kendal Affiliate is actively seeking candidates for our newly created role of Business Manager. The Business Manager will be a key member of the leadership team. This exempt role will report directly to our CFO and will be a key part of directing the daily financial and operational activities of the organization. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the CFO and leadership team in accordance with our policies and applicable laws. Education and Experience The successful candidate will have at minimum a bachelor\'s degree preferably in accounting; five years of progressive accounting experience required; experience in the senior living or health care field is preferred. This position requires analytical and communication skills and extensive experience with Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook as well as general technical expertise in IT and in the use of cloud and server based computer applications.
