Responsibilities... • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene • Help clients with ambulation and mobility around the house • Perform light housekeeping duties • Plan and prepare meals • Assist the client with shopping • Be a pleasant and supportive companion • Be available days, nights, weekends • Willing to travel within 30 miles in any direction • Ability to train new caregivers adequately • On-Call (Must be available Mon.-Fri. between 7am-7pm) • After hours on-call rotation required ( one weekday, and one weekend per month) Skills • Knowledge of housekeeping and personal care activities • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards • Respectful and compassionate to others with a strong sense of ethics • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Requirements • Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required • Able to pass a drug screen • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a driving record with little/no moving violations Benefits • Raise after 90 days • Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision • PTO • Flexible schedules • Paid training • Mileage reimbursement • Paid travel time
