Gosh, I've been asked this a lot over the years and I would sum it up that we operate and function as a family. And when I say a family, I don't mean just this picture perfect family that just acts and looks like they have it all together. We go through some really difficult things together sometimes, and we have a lot of fun sometimes too. So in a family dynamic, you have to work through some things, and we do. We stay committed to each other because of our relationship at work and because we spend a lot of time together. And so we are committed to how we support each other, how we care for each other, and how our environment is definitely something that is an extension to those we serve. So yeah, the unique Providence experience is something that I don't ever wanna be without.
