The starting salary for the position is $19.50/hr., but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Appeals Manager, this position provides frontline customer service and transportation information. This position works in the appeals office and customer service front desk (in-person, telephone, & mail) for a variety of parking and TDM (Transportation Demand Management) programs, policies & procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for compliance related correspondence and assists in policy interpretation for a designated group or affiliate population in support of maintaining the regulatory compliance of the program.
  • 70% Connects target populations with compliance resources to assist with interpreting laws, regulations, and best practices; and communicates with customers to provide information or answer questions
  • 15% Tracks and maintains records of compliance through various mediums
  • 15% Provides logistical office support to complete operational tasks

Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 45 minute unpaid break.
