UnityPoint Health – Eyerly Ball is seeking full-time and part-time Client Service Representative.Starting wage is $15.00 hourly with excellent benefit package.
As a Client Service Representative, you are the first point of contact when individuals visit our facilities or call. This position also provides administrative and clerical support.
As a Client Service Representative, you will:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to appropriate departments
Greet and welcome customers, clients and other visitors in a professional manner
Schedules, cancels, and reschedules client appointments efficiently, maintaining appointment schedule according to procedures.
Perform client registration and ensure all client documentation is completed and indexed in EHR and other agency portals, verify insurance for proper funding, and authorizations are obtained and entered in our EHR
Utilize various systems to direct individuals to the appropriate department
Support various programs by performing clerical duties as assigned (ie: processing incoming/outgoing mail, projects)
Ideal Candidate:

Requirements
To be considered you’ll need:
High school graduate or GED
Customer service experience, two years preferred
Computer skills
Previous experience in a medical setting desirable
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
