This job is such a stressful job, and it takes a team to make it work. You know, growing up, I always hear them say, "Teamwork makes the dream work," and it's definitely paid that role in my department. No man stands alone. I believe that we go through it together. If we fall, we fall together. We rise, we rise together. If we have a great outcome on the care that is being provided, it's all of us that provided that care to make it the way it was. So I believe that teamwork is what makes this department work.
