Our, Client, an established company that represents integrity in the construction industry has been widely recognized in Texas for years. Due to several large medical projects scheduled start in Dallas, they are looking to hire an experienced healthcare Superintendent with large project experience. You will need to have proven yourself as the leader, successfully completing ground up builds over 40 million dollars in value. Exceptional communication skills at all levels is a must have, you will be responsible for daily and weekly meetings with subs and staff on the project as well as senior management and owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day project support to the field staff
• Partner & collaborate with senior leadership
• Maintain vendor & client relationships
• Ensure schedules are kept and the projects is completed on time
• Know & understand the Healthcare policies & processes

Compensation

• Salary is $110 to $140k base
• $500 a month vehicle allowance
• Excellent company insurance
• Benefits including 401k match
• PTO
