Bailey Road is now recruiting for Part Time Community Habilitation DSP. Evenings and weekends availability desired, however role is primarily Monday through Friday days. Working under the direction of the Staffing Supervisor, the Full Time Direct Support Professional will complete all required training, within 6 months of hire, in order to facilitate the personal growth and development of each individual through advocacy of their individual rights, program implementation and documentation, community involvement and by maintaining a nurturing, safe, healthy living environment free from abuse and neglect. Responsibilities pertain to the Waiver Services Programs of Therapeutic Respite, Enhanced Community Habilitation and Day Habilitation.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training is desired. A valid NYS license with an acceptable driving record according to the Mary Cariola guidelines and reliable transportation is required.
