Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst in Newark who will support a team of Quality Assurance (QA) testers responsible for conducting a continuous analysis against internal procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy. This role requires knowledge and experience of and familiarity with Client List Screening (CLS) and Sanctions procedures and systems. Responsibilities:

• Daily performing of quality assurance testing of the work completed by Client List Screenings (CLS) and Sanctions to ensure procedures are adhered to, work is completed as per expectations and controls are followed.
• Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring feedback and reporting, issues and escalations are dealt with as per expectations.
• Review the quality of the work completed by QA colleagues through internal review processes and reporting ensuring testing standards are maintained and feedback is provided to testers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Effective analysis of data to identify trends to ensure that testing remains relevant and helps improve the work done by stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and drive execution of opportunities to innovate/improve business processes/technology within the QA function.
• Present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive manner.
