This role is responsible for providing end user support to the school's state of the art communications spaces including: Television and Audio Studios, Computer Labs, Research and Collaborative spaces supporting users working on a variety of computing platforms including Windows and Mac based systems.
Provide technical support for Windows and Apple technologies used in the complex, including but not limited to the Desktops, Portables, iOS and tvOS devices.
Co-administer the Newhouse Schools server infrastructure and support the Microsoft Active Directory.

Maintain and expand the school's asset management systems
Maintain and update software on a regular basis, including but not limited to: deployment, patches and triage.
Coordinate and manage technology projects supporting the goals and objectives of the Newhouse School
Develop, coordinate and offer training to faculty, staff and student's in in the use of hardware and software as needed.
Participate in professional development programs.
Recommend and/or develop user documentation for applications.
Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor.
