Your new role
As a Superintendent you will be responsible for crews and personnel along with the coordination between the client and owners as required to successfully complete the project safely, on schedule and within budget. This includes maintain a high standard of quality of production, while administering safe construction practices with all on-site activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have construction management degree or at least 10-15 years working as a superintendent. You should also have experience dealing with Municipalities and TxDOT. You will ideally hold or be eligible to receive a TWIC Card and OSHA basic plus card. To be successful in this role you possess the knowledge and experience supervising and managing building & civil projects. You will be motivated, and have the drive to succeed.
