Job Description:

-Supervises, directs and evaluates the performance and activities of construction coordinators to ensure quality completion of construction services assignments on time and within budget limits.

-Develops new opportunities for business through proposal and general contact with current and potential clients.

-Coordinates and controls all construction management activities, including CPM, scheduling and claims administration, job progress monitoring and job coordination with multiple prime contractors.

-Provides internal consultation to construction representatives in project offices and acts as a technical resource to other function groups within the firm.

-Performs other duties as required.

-Reviews government regulation in order to provide consultation services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 15 Years of experience in construction or Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and 20 years of construction experience or a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and 20 years of experience of construction experience or 27 years of construction experience in lieu of degree.

-PE desired.

-Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
