Construction Site Manager: Trans-Distr-Collection

RES System 3 LLC., is seeking qualified Site Managers for projects nationwide. Our Site Managers take ownership of project performance including safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate is responsible for the day to day management of a multi-discipline electrical infrastructure project.

Specific Duties:

Safety Accountabilities:

  • Lead daily safety meetings with project employees.

  • Present, support and lead by example with a safety and quality orientated attitude.

Client Relationship Management Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a positive relationship with client, ensuring that the company is fulfilling its obligations under the contract and providing the best value to the client.

  • Communicate daily with client, superintendents, project manager, safety and quality departments, acting as the point person for the project between all vested parties.


  • Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines.

  • Work with the Project Manager to show that all procurement, submittals, and work plans are in place to facilitate work, as scheduled.

  • Work together with superintendents to prepare schedules, three week look-aheads, and daily reports.

  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.


  • Manage and lead the project team, ensuring that all responsibilities are met. Coach and develop project team members.

  • Present, support and lead by example with a safety and quality orientated attitude.

  • Recognize, identify, and manage change.


  • Consult with superintendents or other managers to monitor construction progress, Resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.

  • including worker productivity and compliance with safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:


  • At least 5 years of experience in a construction management role.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with electrical, renewable energy, and Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) contract experience.

  • Required ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Travel is required.

  • Successful candidates will be self-starters that enjoy challenges and leading teams.

Performs office duties with occasional travel to other Company offices or construction sites. Incumbent may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and may be required to sit, stand, walk and use a computer.

Performs site inspections and supervision, driving, long periods of standing, walking long distance on local terrain will be required.

Anticipated base salary range for role: $90,00 to $130,000

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
