Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior corporate and/or securities paralegal experience (either in a law firm or in-house), significant and recent experience with either M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law or securities transaction closings, SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky), and a degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate. Qualifications include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in MSWord and Outlook. Salary Range:
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, our client is providing a good faith salary range for this position. The compensation range for this position (if based in Colorado) is $33.33-$51.28 per hour. The compensation range for this position if based in another of our client's office will be competitive with similar positions in the market.
