Job DescriptionAscension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking a paralegal to join our client's growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of our client's offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior corporate and/or securities paralegal experience (either in a law firm or in-house), significant and recent experience with either M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law or securities transaction closings, SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky), and a degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate. Qualifications include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in MSWord and Outlook. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, our client is providing a good faith salary range for this position. The compensation range for this position (if based in Colorado) is $33.33-$51.28 per hour. The compensation range for this position if based in another of our client's office will be competitive with similar positions in the market. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance
