Goldstein’s Bagels & Bialys in Boise, ID is looking for one Counter Server to join our 21 person strong team. We are located on 611 S. 8th St.. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven, motivated, and engaged food service professional who is looking for a morning position. Responsibilities... • Greet customers entering and leaving the business *Answer any questions the customers may have *Prepare and serve food to customers *Set up and break down workstation *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Accurately process all cash and credit payments *Assist kitchen staff as needed *Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables *Study and maintain expert knowledge of all menu items and ingredients *Opening and closing duties Qualifications • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers *Basic mathematical skills *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Great communication and listening skills *Friendly and positive attitude *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Experience working in a Food Service role is a plus We look forward to receiving your application.
