Works assigned positions in accordance with all standards and procedures prescribed by the "Operations Manual" or codes.
Learns the duties of each position assigned, and maintains the pace set by the business and management.
Ensures compliance and implementation of all franchise and corporate standards.
Adheres to franchise and corporate cash procedures and is responsible for cash when assigned to a register.
Remains cost conscious of inventory and equipment at all times.
Arrives to work on time (according to handbook policy), is in uniform, has a positive/friendly attitude, and exhibits good personal hygiene.
Provides leadership to team members by using themselves, as an example and is accessible to team members. Delegate, follow-through, and promote teamwork within the restaurant. Is constantly focused on the training of team members.
Follows orders/directions of the management staff and cooperates in a team effort to complete assigned tasks. Takes the initiative when sees that something needs done.
Is able to communicate well with customers (i.e.: handle customer complaints) and team members and presents a polite and positive attitude towards the guests and his team members.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times. Assess health code requirements and ensure compliance in all areas. Ensure that restaurant is maintained in a cleanly manner at all times.
Assist in various functions and roles as directed by their management. Completes tasks assigned that may not be detailed in this job description.
Is able to train new team members in the correct procedures of preparing foods, servicing customers, and how to complete other assigned tasks correctly. This training must be done while providing a positive learning environment and done constantly.
Responsible for consistently setting the example of outstanding customer service. Friendly greetings, making every guest feel that they are valued, etc..
Education/Experience: Minimum 3 months
16 years of age
Skills: Attention to detail.
