Customer Engagement Representative duties and responsibilities
- Educate our customers about our products and services
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers
- Determine opportunities for new sales
- Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling
- Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations
