Customer Service Representative, Glendale Heights IL
We are currently hiring for a great client of ours, who is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team in Glendale Heights. This is not a call center position.
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
Help to provide customers with insight on company’s products and services, obtain quotes for them as needed
Receive, review, and enter customer orders into company’s ERP system
Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date in internal system
Communicate with customers in regard to orders status from start to finish
Handle any questions or inquiries regarding purchase orders; expedite orders as needed
Communicate with other departments regarding production or scheduling to help provide most accurate answers to customers
Other duties as assigned
Previous relative experience- customer service, order entry, providing quotes, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work hard and continue to learn
Contract to Hire- around 90 day contract
100% Onsite, not remote
Pay up to $22 an hour depending on experience
