Seeking hardworking, driven individuals to join our team as a customer service representative!
Assisting customers via phone calls regarding order status, customer issues, placing orders, etc.
Processing orders and filing documents appropriately
Quotes via the computer business system and supporting our customers with outbound phone calls following up on orders and practicing outstanding customer service
Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can meet their needs
Maintain and update sales and service related customer activity within the company database (CRM)
Will work daily with customers and outside sales, assisting in preparing quotes and delivering them in a timely manner to customers for review.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of inbound/outbound calling experience
40 WPM (https://www.typingtest.com/)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with relationship building with customers, preferably sales (inside or outside), retail sales, etc.
Basic computer skills
Great time management and ability to multitask
Ability to work fully onsite
