Our Boston Logan Airport office is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative.This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team and get experience with a well know and highly regarded company. The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. This specific position will be working in the garage greeting our customers. The CXR will also gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental back-up in a large airport branch. Qualified candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity and remain committed to excellent performance while being driven and self motivated and supports diversity and contributes to an inclusive work environment.The starting pay rate for this position is $18.08 / hour + monthly bonus opportunities which have the potential to launch actual compensation to over $20 / hour. There is also a $1.50 / hour shift differential for all hours worked between 3pm-12am.
