We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Warwick! This position has great business hours (8am - 8pm), no sales and weekends off!!
Responsibilities / Expectations:–Handle inbound customer service calls regarding Voluntary Benefits plans taken out through customers’ employers. These include Critical Illness, Hospital, and Accident plans (supplementary health insurance benefits). Questions include Billing, Claims, and general Plan Information.
Processes transactions, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in customer service role is preferred. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision reporting to an immediate supervisor.
• High speed internet and a quiet place to work that is secure. (Hotspots are not allowed)
• Able to use video during interview and training.
•An ability to work during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday, 8a – 8p ; must be flexible in regards to shifts worked, which may change based on business needs.
• No time off planned during training until end of nesting
