Oasis Systems is looking fora Cybersecurity III- Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)to join our team supporting the US Air Force HI Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES) located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The ISSM will support acquisitions programs for the Digital Enterprise Solutions program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
EDUCATION: MS or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering discipline
The successful candidate will meet the requirements for and maintain an IAM Level III Cybersecurity certification by having at least one of the following certifications:
EC Council CCISO
Certified SCRUM Master and other Agile certifications are desired, but not required.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 12-15 years of experience with degree - 5 of which must be in the DoD; or 20 years of directly-related experience and proper certifications without degree, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
The following skills are highly desired, but not required for this position:
Working knowledge of the Agile Development methodology
Experience using and or all of the following tools:
Develop and implement advanced cyber defense solutions and changes for organizations, safeguard the corporate infrastructure from infiltration or exfiltration, and ensure that she system is built to specifications and deployed successfully. Design, maintain and operate highly complex and highly secure communication network environments. Perform in-depth network security analysis, conduct preliminary incident response, event analysis and threat intelligence. Review security events that could be a detriment to the organization's overall security stance. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
Support the systems/application Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) effort, to include assessing and guiding the quality and completeness of A&A activities, tasks and resulting artifacts mandated by governing DoD and Air Force policies (i.e. Risk Management Framework - RMF
Recommending policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks and data
Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks and protection needs
Promoting awareness of security issues among management and ensuring sound security principles are reflected in the organization's visions and goals
Conducting systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews
Recommending systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures
Participating in network systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies
Facilitating the gathering, analysis and preservation of evidence used in the prosecution of computer crimes
Assessing security events to determine impact and implementing corrective actions
Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles and practices in the delivery of all IT services.
Perform the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) duties as outlined in DODI 8510.01 for assigned systems and applications.
