This position is with LDRM is a joint venture comprised of Lockwood Hills Federal, an Akima company, and DTSV. We have been working together for the past 17 years providing technical, operational, and administrative support services to federal agencies, including Department of State and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

You would be supporting the National Operations center and may be called on to perform a variety of administrative and  customer service related duties.

  • Enters data into an automated system using formatting input screens and validates information from applications and related source documents in accordance with specified guidelines. Source information includes applications, petitions, forms, supplemental documentation and other documents.
  • Modifies, updates, and corrects data contained in automated systems.
  • Refers cases with discrepancies that indicate possible fraud to another unit for review.
  • Applies training, experience, and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and obtain and maintain a government clearance
  • Ability to pass a typing test of at least 30 WPM 
  • Ability to pass a critical thinking test with a score of 75% or better
  • Ability to pass a computer skills test with a score of proficient or highly proficient
  • Experience in an office/clerical environment is desired 
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Good attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Very good command of the English Language
  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • May lift up to 40 lbs on occasion.  
  • Pushing/Pulling
  • Bending/Standing/Reaching/Squatting/Sitting
  • Visual acuity; hand and eye coordination

Job Type: Full-time / Multiple Shifts available.


  • Starting base pay of $17.83, plus $5.72 per hour for benefits or extra pay after required benefits elections/deductions.
  • $0.60 per hour shift differential for working Second Shift: 4 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday – Friday.
