Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health (JJCH) is currently recruiting a Digital Sales & Retail Search Lead , supporting Amazon and our Omnichannel Customers. This position could be based in Clearwater, FL, Skillman, NJ, Fort Washington, PA, Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by that company’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Shape & deliver retail search strategy for Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and other omnichannel customers.
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to drive efficiencies and results.
Work cross-functionally with key account sales partners to shape digital go to market strategies.
Lead SEO keyword recommendations for PDP content creation, and SEO keyword brand strategy.
Manage retail search budget, identifying spend efficiencies and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with agency partners to craft strategy, maximize effectiveness and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Identify shopper insights to advise differentiating omnichannel activations and influence strategic capabilities.
Create impactful presentations to translate our objectives into strategy using data, insights, and marketplace trends.
Contribute to the joint business planning process to shape strategies and showcase results.
Develop strong working relationships with internal J&J teams.
Lead measurement of metrics that matter objectives and drive team accountability through tools and ways of working.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
Experience in eCommerce, retail search, search analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field is required.
Experience with search engine optimization and understanding of retail media is highly preferred.
Prior experience with omni ecommerce or ecommerce is preferred.
Passion for digital analytics, quality and performance, with a desire to leverage strong analytical skills to uncover business drivers and identify solutions.
Analytical thinking to understand, analyze and synthesize large volumes of data and address complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings and implications is required.
Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is preferred.
Experience using consumer/shopper insights to develop effecting marketing/retail/brand initiatives is preferred.
Prior retailer / customer experience is preferred.
Proven track record of developing successful strategy through to execution is required.
Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships is required.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority is required.
Passion for understanding consumer trends is strongly preferred.
A pattern of intellectual curiosity and external focus is required.
Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications is strongly preferred.
This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
