We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and empathetic Product Manager to drive Ambient Clinical Assistance capabilities of Oracle Digital Assistant platform. As part of the Oracle Digital Assistant Product Management team, you will own and drive new initiatives geared towards physician’s productivity and ambient assistance. This role is critical to alleviating burn out for healthcare workers and improving patient engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver products that healthcare clients love and achieve expected business outcomes
Thoroughly understand competitive developments in Speech, Ambient Assistance, Conversational AI as it relates to Healthcare. Establish and articulate differentiation with respect to competitors
Track cutting edge technology in summarization, NLP, and large language models and apply that to clinical productivity and patient engagement.
Analyze product performance metrics, synthesize learnings, iterate with Engineering and ensure quality, compliance, risk and regulatory expectations
Work with the UX and Engineering to prioritize backlog, articulate clear feature stories with mockups, plan sprints, and deliver features
Create sales and technical content and collaborate with go-to-market teams to support execution of demand-gen campaigns
Contribute to product suite planning exercises; ensure plans incorporate customer research, usability studies and market analysis
Focus on customer development, identify lead customers, track customer feedback, and validate hypotheses through design partnerships.
Responsibilities
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant professional experience in product management
Experience delivering products for physician productivity
Good understanding of clinical workflows
Experience working with AI/ML teams to deliver healthcare products
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Speech, ASR, Speaker Diarization
An understanding of how speech is currently used in clinical settings
Experience delivering healthcare bots and assistants
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
New York City Pay Range: from $127,400 to $256,500 per annum; eligible for bonus, equity, and may be eligble for compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $127,400 to $243,000 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
