Join the Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and expansion of Walmart’s Health & Wellness strategy! The Director – Value Based Care Compliance is a critical thought-leadership role that will be at the forefront of supporting key strategic initiatives, including development of value based care arrangements and associated payer contracting (e.g., Medicare Advantage). Reporting to the Senior Director – Billing and Specialty/Walmart Health Compliance, you will collaborate with Walmart business partners and other functional areas to support evolution in this space, lead the development and implementation of an effective compliance program for value based care arrangements/contracts, identify potential compliance risks associated with business strategies, and establish effective controls and compliance oversight related to those risks.
