The Employee Relations and HR Compliance Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and data support to the Employee Relations and HR Compliance functions within HR Shared Services. The Analyst will be expected to analyze monthly ER data to identify trends and create presentations to share the information with key stakeholders, and to run reports and prepare data for EEO and APP reporting, including ensuring data integrity. The Analyst will also work on various tasks within the ER and HR Compliance function, including conducting exit interviews and assisting on HR Compliance project and audits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze data from ServiceNow and other systems to create ER related dashboards and identify trends; identify ways to continuously improve ER data analytics reporting.
Use the analysis of data to create presentations for HRBP monthly meetings and provide facilitation support as needed; use judgment to determine the focus areas
Run reports within Workday; review, organize and clean data in order to submit information for the creation of Affirmative Action Plans and EEO reporting.
Complete regular audits of relevant Workday data to ensure it complies with EEO reporting
Support the HR Compliance Manager as needed on HR Compliance projects and HR Audits
Support the Employee Relations team as needed, including triaging cases, completing exit interviews and other project work as assigned
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Two years of work experience, preferably within Human Resources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft products, including navigating large data sets and using formulas in Excel, and creating Powerpoint presentations to tell a story
Demonstrated ability to work in and/or learn quickly various systems, preferred experience with Workday, ServiceNow and HRAcuity
Highly detailed oriented with a proven ability to identify and fix errors in spreadsheets, data, and charts
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume area and be able to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to use information and judgment to make decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $65,600 - $94,775
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $58,300 - $86,700
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
