This will include supporting supplier JDPs to include overseeing and integrate supplier data in Smarteam. Collaboration with Production and Completion engineering will be required to align with established processes and procedures. Ability to build and maintain relationships with other organizations to obtain support needed for model analysis, reviews and approvals.Desired skills: self-starter, ability to multitask, good time management, desire to create the best customer experience.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. 10 years Engineering experience. 5 years specific technical discipline. Experience credit considered for related advanced degrees limited to 2 yrs with Masters, 4 yrs with PhD in fields applicable to this job. 1 year supervisory or broad managerial responsibility.Position Purpose:Supervises a group of engineering employees within a similar discipline responsible for task and objective assignments.
