We are searching for a Project Manager who can gather, analyze business requirements, and manage projects for our recruiting development team. Our ideal candidate would translate business cases from the Product team into digestible information, & work on multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must have experience interfacing with managers, and heads of other departments in a fast-paced environment and have experience with development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum), & Jira as the Issues & Project Management tool.

The Project Manager would bridge the gap between the internal clients (Department Heads), Product team, and the rest of our technology team by understanding both the business challenges and system requirements. They must take ownership of projects and client relationships from proposal through delivery and make sure that the engagement is successful. The right candidate is the captain of their team exhibiting leadership qualities and bringing a sense of focus to everyone involved in the projects.
