Work you'll do
As a Lead Compliance Analyst, you'll use your analytical, research, and communication skills to:
Work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment by executing and coordinating compliance monitoring activities among team members for multiple compliance requirements.
Use a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances regarding compliance inquiries by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports; respond to questions and provide support to professionals, business leadership and other compliance stakeholders.
Gain a detailed understanding of compliance requirements, system functionality, internal guidance, and protocols as a process knowledge expert; work with ITS to define and test system enhancements.
Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the compliance monitoring process through recommendation of changes system functionality and/or procedures.
Serve as subject matter expert to the Compliance HelpDesk team and address escalated questions and issues as they relate to compliance requirements and monitoring.
Support, train, and serve as an advisor to other team members on complex matters such as answering questions related to nuances and intricacies of compliance requirements and system functionality.
Engage in special projects as requested by team leadership, including opportunities to build efficiencies into the compliance monitoring system and processes.

Ethics & Compliance
The Ethics & Compliance group manages and monitors certain fundamental compliance requirements such as personal independence, CPA licensing, CPE, and mandatory training. As members of Ethics & Compliance, the Compliance Monitoring team tracks professionals' compliance with mandatory requirements and provides escalation reporting and support to the firm.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of professional experience, preferably in a compliance role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn Deloitte Compliance Platform (DCP), basic SAP (HR), Master Data Repository, ServiceNow, and My Compliance Dashboard.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,570 to $144,695.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
