The Field Operations Manager is responsible for adding value to the organization by playing a critical role in ensuring effective execution of the core operational duties. The Field Operations manager responsibilities include driving quality and productivity procedures to assist the organization in meeting the company’s goals. He/She will act as the liaison between the Regional Managers and Regional Directors of Operations implementing improvement in their respective hubs while reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
Ensure consistent processes are being followed and/or instituted at the hub level to achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives, including attainment of efficient and economical performance in relation to profit and loss while meeting and/or exceeding customer service level.
Manages in conjunction with business growth, introduction of new operational systems/processes as well as new client onboarding/hub openings.
Manages in compliance with company and operational policies and procedures.
Evaluates current and proposed systems and procedures and recommends changes as necessary.
Contributes to the short-and long-range planning process and in the establishment and assessment of the organization’s annual operating budget.
Ensures that regional goals and objectives are understood and obtained.
Directs, develops, implements, disseminates, and administers operations strategies and objectives
Participates in the investigation and implementation of new services, manufacturing processes, and product or systems technologies to meet the organization’s objectives.
Maintain and measure all key metrics across full client base..(Analytical thinking required)

Required Experience
- An undergraduate degree in business or a related field or minimum 7 years of operations, management, and sales/business development experience in logistics and supply chain services environments, either with a third-party logistics provider or for a company heavily involved in this area is required.
