Keeps dietary department free of trash. Sweeps and mops floors. Observes safety and sanitation policies. Cleans foodservice and cooking equipment including degreasing of ovens stoves and fryers. Cleans refrigerators tray line equipment and all food contact surfaces as assigned. Washes pots, pans, utensils and maintains 3 compartment sink system. Monitors sink solutions, cleans pot racks and returns pots to their assigned place. May be given tray line assignments such as meal assembly or cart delivery. May complete dish room assignments. Will complete the duties of receiving personnel as needed.
EDUCATION: Elementary School
