Responsibilities...
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Assisting with various projects and tasks as needed
Providing support to other team members
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
