Glide - Relaunch is an eight-week return-to-work program, or "returnship", that provides the necessary resources to support and accelerate your exposure at Wells Fargo after taking a career break.

As a Glide participant you will spend 80% of your returnship focused on work directly aligned to a specific role for which you have applied and been selected for during the program interview process. The remaining 20% of your time consists of a program manager-led, cohort curriculum experience that includes skills refresh, training, engagement with program graduates, and senior leader networking opportunities - giving you the chance to learn from successful Wells Fargo leaders who will share their expertise and knowledge to help relaunch your career.

Following successful completion of the program, participants who meet performance expectations will be promoted into full-time, benefit-eligible roles over a two-week conversion timeline.

Program Expectations:

  • Must be able to commit to full duration of 8-week returnship program working in office 3 days per week/remote 2 days per week, from May 1 - June 23, with anticipated promotion for those successful in the returnship to full-time roles June 26 - July 7.

Technology

  • Information & Cyber Security team is open to this role sitting in any of these locations: Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC; San Antonio, TX; San Francisco, CA

In this role, you may:

  • Participate in security consulting on small projects for internal clients to ensure uniformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards

  • Track or remediate vulnerabilities and security issues

  • Review and correlate security logs

  • Assist with the design, documentation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security

  • Provide technical support for security related issues

  • Utilize industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interface with more experienced technologists

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of at least 2 years

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Experience in working in the Identity and access Management (IAM) capability or in security domain.

  • Experience with single sign on (SSO) platforms such as Okta or Ping, Azure or any other IAM tools.

  • Experience in working on incidents, creating change requests in ServiceNow

  • Experience in coordinating with other teams, generating reports and preparing power point presentations using those reports

  • Experience in documenting the standard operating procedures for IAM operation teams

Pay Range:*

Chandler, Arizona: $48.00- $50.00/ Hourly

Charlotte, North Carolina: $48.00- $50.00/ Hourly

Dallas, Texas: $48.00- $50.00/ Hourly

Des Moines, Iowa: $48.00- $50.00/ Hourly

Minneapolis, Minnesota: $48.00- $50.00/ Hourly

New York, New York: $52.00- $57.00/Hourly
