Required Skills:

Global Integrity Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of program managers that develop measurement and enforcement strategies against potential infringements to mitigate risk and abuse on our platforms, focused on digital rights issues

  2. Drive team strategy, goal setting, roadmapping, communication, and performance of team members, using data-driven strategies and defined KPIs to measure success and drive improvements

  3. Identify, monitor, and analyze integrity and operational health metrics, partnering with Data Analytics & Reporting teams to understand metric movement and anomalies, as well as working closely with workforce and vendor operations to enable program health and execute strategies

  4. Partner with our Data Analytics & Reporting teams to develop and design measurement and enforcement strategies for abuse detection using machine learning, automation tools, and other technical solutions for implementation

  5. Provide performance management, coaching, and career development to team members, while removing roadblocks and encouraging innovative solutions

  6. Be a company-level expert and advocate for intellectual property issues, and influencing priorities and working closely with Legal Operations teams and partner organizations including Global Operations, Product, Integrity, Data, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Sales, and Partnerships

  7. Partner with internal groups as necessary to understand intellectual property issues, risks associated with products and services, and address feedback from rights holders to develop and implement sensitive operational strategies against potential infringement

  8. Manage complex initiatives to evolve and grow the maturity of our integrity operations and strategies across the platform, identifying trends to optimize and introduce workflows and improve community experiences and customer support

  9. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, International Finance, Policy, Economics, or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in the following:

  2. Operations or business strategy

  3. Product, integrity, or content moderation

  4. Leading large-scale projects from inception to completion

  5. Strategic communication and program management experience in collaboration across cross-functional teams

  6. Performance management through coaching and mentoring of direct reports

  7. Data analytics and data science

  8. Conducting change management activities

  9. Stakeholder management

  10. Policy analysis and understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks
