Job Description:

As Guest Services Manager, train and develop our rock star staff in creating exceptional stays for our guests.

As Guest Services Manager, you will need to be highly engaged with our team and guests, detailed-oriented, computer savvy and able to work in a fast paced, high energy work environment.

Prior experience supervising a hotel Front Office team is required, and previous Hyatt brand experience is extremely beneficial.

Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall is conveniently located just steps away from T Stops on the Orange/Blue Lines, Green Line and Red Line for easy commuting
