ESSENTIAL DUTIES A + certification preferred Independently install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware. Resolve help desk trouble tickets in a timely manner. Using remote desktop support software to assist associates with computer issues. Update help desk tickets with detailed documentation explaining cause and corrective action taken. Multitask and prioritize tickets and projects efficiently. Escalate issues appropriately. Create standard operating procedures and technical documentation for internal associates as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisor and provide status updates on a regular basis Maintain accurate inventory levels and records of equipment and material for maintenance and installation projects in Don's Asset Tracking programs May oversee work and performance of subcontractors engaged in projects in assigned zone in order to ensure compliance with work orders. May be Project Lead for small desktop projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
