• Windows 10 administration
• Laptop/Desktop Deployments
• Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administration, automation, and deployments
• Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Administration and deployments
• Active Directory (AD) administration and configuration
• Office 365 Administration
• Windows Server Administration
• Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service while developing a clear understanding of the customer’s needs
• Effective task management and problem-solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication
• Effective customer service skills at all levels
• Provide support to end users as they troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Provide help to users as they transition from desktops to laptops and how to connect to the VPN when working from home
• Provide various informal training skills on how to use the laptops we are deploying
• Test various applications, equipment, and system images
• Assist clients with the installation of software and updates
• Provide network and computer technical support
• Assist with support efforts for business divisions
• Assist with breakdown, transport, and setup of computer equipment
• Assemble and configure computer components and associated services
• Upgrade computer hardware and software components as required
