Role description

The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented team member to support the Digital Enablement team with providing Talent technology operations and advisory support with a focus on Performance solutions. This position will support existing Performance technologies and have an opportunity to support exciting work as we enhance technology capabilities and implement cutting edge solutions. This lead will serve as a liaison with technology teams, manage system escalations and provide guidance regarding Performance technology tools. The lead will also need to demonstrate strong project management skills and be very collaborative to facilitate workstream meetings, create project materials, support design and user acceptance testing.

Work you'll doAs the Digital Enablement Lead you will:

  • Support the Digital Enablement Manager with projects, technology operations and consultative services for Performance Management.

  • Lead and deliver day-to-day support services leveraging incident management tools.

  • Prepare and present leadership updates to communicate support trends and opportunities.

  • Triage issues and escalate for resolution when needed; demonstrating an understanding of when to escalate and to whom.

  • Work in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight.

  • Collaborate with Talent and Business stakeholders, Technology teams, and vendors to optimize performance of Performance tools and identify impactful enhancement opportunities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors.

  • Develop and mentor Digital Enablement system administrators to include training, guidance on incident resolution and process documentation.

  • Prepare and manage project plans, risks, issues, and key decisions tracker.

  • Coordinate with Talent process owners to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included and engaged in requirements gathering, design and testing activities.

  • Support user acceptance testing, including preparing/reviewing test materials, identifying, and tracking testing resources and testing status, reporting on test results with the project team.

  • Assist with release management and testing, change control, governance, and documentation.

Our team - in partnership with our Talent stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors - supports the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions that will enhance the employee experience, optimize productivity, and create value for the Firm.


  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years relevant work experience

  • Background and experience with project management support to implement new Talent systems and processes, from ideation thru deployment phases

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, Teams, Excel)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado and Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,570-$144,695.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
