JOB REQUIREMENTS: The HR Assistant\'s primary focus will be to assist with the recruitment and hiring process of hourly factory employees, including posting open positions, tracking and managing steps in the hiring process, scheduling and conducting interviews, scheduling pre-employment screening, ensuring accurate completion of onboarding, and delivering group Orientations to new hires. Additional responsibilities will include: * Attendance tracking; * Assisting employees with timesheet corrections; * Ensuring timesheet/timekeeping data is correct and accurate for payroll; * Enter employee schedules up on hire and process any schedule changes; * Communicating with staffing agencies regarding staffing levels; * Ensure accuracy of data entry into personnel files; * Assist employees with general HR questions and follow up on requests. * Additional related tasks and HR projects as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Associates or Bachelor Degree in HR is preferred, or relevant work history. * 2 years of experience in fast-paced Administrative role. * Full cycle recruiting experience preferred. * Customer service mindset, ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization. * Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage workflow to meet deadlines. * Ability to work well under pressure, able to work over-time as needed. * Meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in HRIS management systems (Paycom preferred). * Microsoft Suite proficiency required or similar software. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: Attn: HR Manager Klondike Cheese Co.
